On September 3rd 2025, China is commemorating the 80th anniversary of its victory in the fourteen-year-long Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-1945) as part of the World Anti-Fascist War (1939-1945), commonly called World War Two in the West. During the conflict, China suffered from 35 million civilian and military casualties.
A military parade was also held in Beijing today to deter potential future aggressors, with new missiles, tanks, aircraft, and other military hardware shown during the seventy-minute event. Xi Jinping (习近平), President of the People’s Republic of China, delivered an eight-minute speech as part of the parade, where he called on all nations to treat each other as equals, live in harmony and support one another to safeguard common security, eliminate the root cause of war and prevent historical tragedies from recurring, alongside expressing gratitude to foreign governments and friends who supported and assisted the Chinese people in resisting aggression.
To celebrate Victory Day, some space companies in China shared posters online in celebration. Like with the Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节), the New Year, 75th National Day (国庆节), the Spring Festival (春节), May Day, and the Dragon Boat Festival (端午节), almost all of these posters were solely shared on Chinese social media platforms, such as Weibo and WeChat. Due to this, I’ve compiled them all here with links back to the original posts, or where they were found. (If you have found one that I didn’t include please do reach out).

Watch Parties
Some enterprises in China’s space sector opted not to release posters, instead sharing their watch parties of the parade. Companies to do so include Minospace, Genesat, Galactic Energy, and Space Circling. Meanwhile, State-owned space enterprises carried official news of the commemorative events.
